Refresh credential is a feature that allows you to refresh the credential or access token that is used to access the platform. You can use the Refresh Credential feature to get a new access token/credential when the current one expires.

To refresh a credential

1. Go to MY AUTHS > Authentications dashboard.
2. Search and navigate to the authentication you want to refresh the credential.
3. Click Refresh Credential .

   

4. In the Refresh Credential dialog:
   • Click Yes to proceed with the refresh.
   • Click No to cancel the action.

   After the credentials are successfully refreshed, the token generation time and token expiry time are updated in the Authentications dashboard.

If you are unable to refresh the credentials or do not have the option to refresh them, then you need to reauthorize the authentication.

To authorize the application

1. In the Authentications dashboard, go to the authentication where you cannot refresh the credential.
2. Click Refresh Credential .
3. In the Authorize dialog, click Authorize.

4. Enter the necessary credentials, access tokens, or codes on the sign-in page of the application.
5. Click Authenticate. The application will be reauthorized once the user account verification is successfully completed.
